• To make warm drinks, press the ON/OFF button once and release it immediately, both the heater and frother will turn on. Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds, the frother will turn on, but the heater won't turn on. This makes cold drinks
• Milk must contain at least 3 grams of protein. Milk must be free of any flavoring. Milk cannot be ultra-pasteurized with an extended expiration date. Milk may not froth well as it approaches the expiration date
